Navigating Free Trade Agreements – Qualifying Your Product and Documenting Origin will explain the benefits of these trade agreements and how to determine if your product qualifies for preferential treatment under a specific free trade agreement. There are particular rules used to determine if your product qualifies, and this webinar will walk you through how to make that determination. Also, documentation required to support a preferential treatment claim is typically facilitated through a Certificate of Origin. These certificates come in several forms and have different requirements depending on the FTA. This webinar will introduce participants to the steps of properly documenting origin.
